Payment via bank transfer

Your eminec delivery goes out with an invoice, which is payable via bank transfer (to a German account) within 30 days. Prepayment, cash on delivery or payment via credit card are not possible. All prices are stated in Euros (EUR, €).

No shipping costs

There will be no processing or shipping costs for your eminec order. The final amount is calculated by adding the unit prices and then, if applicable, substracting the value of coupons.

Coupons

If you have received a coupon, you may use it with your order by entering its serial number into the appropriate box. The order system will confirm the validity of the coupon, if applicable, so that you can see right away whether the coupon is being taken into account. Expired coupons cannot be used. You cannot use more than one coupon for each order.

Try before you buy

Your order with eminec is binding. There is no right of withdrawal due to the nature of the goods (software). eminec offers you evaluation licenses so that you can judge whether eminec MYmap fulfills your requirements in a satisfying way. Try MYmap before you buy — free and without any obligations, up to 30 days.

If you are completely satisfied, buy a license. If you do not like eminec MYmap, delete the program from your computer: There is nothing to cancel... no questions asked.

No value-added tax

Value-added tax does not accrue for your order in accordance with §19 (1) UStG (German purchase tax law).
