A »My eminec« account is required to access free evaluation licenses for eminec MYmap, to request subscriptions to »Der Geistesblitz« newsletter, or to download or upgrade a permanent license. Personal data is stored in a »My eminec« account, which comprises your user name (which need not be equivalent to your real name) and your password. You may also optionally state your name, your mailing address, your phone number and your fax number. You can view, update or delete this information at any time on the »My profile at My eminec« page. eminec will protect your personal data with utmost diligence:
- eminec will treat your data confidentially.
- eminec will not pass your data to third parties.
- eminec will not send you any advertising for eminec or for any third parties.
- eminec will send you messages required for managing your membership.
- eminec will send you, if desired, the monthly »Der Geistesblitz« newsletter. It contains tips for using eminec MYmap, notifications of new updates and occasional special eminec MYmap offers. You may end or continue your subscription at any time.
- eminec will delete your data immediately at your request — if you ever decide to no longer use »My eminec«.
